The Motorola i1 a prepaid smartphone? Today Boost Mobile announced the Android prepaid cell phone using the Nextel iDEN network. Because this is a prepaid phone there are quite a few more Cons than Pros but the phone does include a responsive 3.1-inch touch screen, Android 1.5, and okay call quality. But the cons include bad picture quality, bad call quality, cannot view YouTube, slow download unless on WiFi, and most phone calls will not work inside. In no way is this phone great or even close to the iPhone or Nexus One but if for some reason you must have a smart phone and cannot afford the 2 year agreement then this is the phone for you. Just remember this phone is one of the more glitch prone phones on the market and you would be better off investing on the 2 year agreement.
