Titanfall 2 to have a single player campaign and TV Spin off
Several interesting details Titanfall 2 newly emerged thanks to an interview by Jesse Stern, in which the creative shared some of the features and details to the Forbes magazine. The main revelations were confirmation that the game will have a single player campaign and a spin-off in production for TV.
Jesse Stern said Respawn game development began in late 2014, but is unsure whether Titanfall 2 reach out for sale this year or next. Meanwhile, EA confirmed Titanfall 2 to before the end of the fiscal year, leaving a margin which runs until March 2017.
“One of the shortcomings of the first game was we just did not have the mechanism to tell everyone ‘Here’s who you are, here’s where you are and who’s around you,'” Stern said. “We knew all the answers, we just could not deliver it.”
The history of Titanfall 2 will focus on a war of colonization basically inspired by the historic events of the Independence of the United States and its Civil War, in the words of writer Respawn.
Stern also revealed that is currently under development, by Lionsgate, a television show that will serve to enrich the universe of Titanfall.
