The Division The Dark Zone PVP Hands On First Impression
The Division The Dark Zone PVP hands on first impression of the game was something different that I experience at E3 2015 and something that keeps the game more interesting and as a player you will be on the edge.
The Division The Dark Zone are zones that are separate from the Division’s main campaign and gives you the PVP style and at the same time you will need to protect the item that you are trying to extract, however at the same time you have 90 seconds where you will need to defend your extraction and face different type of opponents who are either with you or against you.
Now how do you know who is with you when you are implementing an extraction? Once you begin the extraction in the game you turn on the PVP mode and it gets more interesting and tougher to complete the extraction as you are move vulnerable. My impression of the Dark Zone was based on two different scenarios, the first one it was me and another player going through the mission which we did just fine. However, once you reach the Dark Zone and begin the extraction, you are going to need a partner who will stick with you and knows what they are doing. Through the extraction my partner was dying too much and at one point left me playing by myself, which became tougher as I was not only vulnerable but outmatch. Second part of the extraction when my partner left me alone turn out to be more than what I expected from The Division. One of the Developers from the game who was guiding what the game is about picked up the controller and played the extraction with tactics and eventually we were successful.
Having the developer played next to me allow me to experience the game from the hands of the creators and when the game is played the right was and look out after each other is a game that it rewards you with a great experience and The Dark Zones adds something different to the campaign in the game and does not make the game redundant as is different each time as you will need to complete extraction and stay alive at the same time.
If you were not aware The Division will have a Social Hub as well something which is similar to Destiny’s Tower where is non-combat and you will be able to hang out with your friends online and you will be turned to third person view so you can check out your character progression and much more.
