SEGA Announces Sonic Jump Fever for mobile devices
Under E3 2014, SEGA announced the launch of Sonic Jump Fever for iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch and Android devices. The title will be free-to-play and instead of a typical stroke side to side of the screen, the blue hedgehog will jump higher and higher platforms to get their golden rings.
The game is based on a similar delivery, 2005, called Sonic Jump . In the new iteration, the fans should get the highest score using different characters like Sonic and Knuckles, and other franchise favorites.
Additionally, the game features a scorecard online, so that users will be competing for the top spot. However, SEGA said competition reset every 2 weeks to give opportunity for different people to be the best.
Sonic Jump Fever is currently developing Hardlight Studios, one of the studies SEGA Network, and will be available this summer.
