Nvidia earnings decrease in second quarter
Nvidia released its financial report for the second quarter of the current fiscal year. It appears that the company experienced a decline of 6.4% in earnings over the same period last year, however, the company remains optimistic about its console SHIELD.
The CEO and co-founder of Nvidia said: “We anticipate a stronger second half of the year, with new devices with Tegra 4 on the market, SHIELD market expansion beyond the U.S. and Logan Project, our next Tegra processor lead generation Kepler mobile technology. ”
As SHIELD, Chris Evenden, director of investor relations, said sales have been good and that their units have sold well. It is very likely that the company will achieve these perspectives reverse the slight setback in the first half of the year.
