Call of Duty Ghosts comes with a new mode called Safeguard and will give you some tips on how to best play it.
The Call of Duty Ghosts Safeguard is a co-op game mode that has you and three other players going against waves of enemies that keep coming at you. These types of enemies are all bots. All the different maps are the same from the multiplayer mode in which you have different types that you can choose from: Safeguard, Safeguard extended and Safeguard Infinite. Each of them will be played differently.
One great tips if you are a noob to know what to do once you start playing the game is how to obtain weapons and perk in safeguard.
You earn support drops by killing enemies. You will see that top left is your support drop bar, the more you kill the greater it gets. When is filled you will see helicopters arrive and drop support crated that in each you get two crates plus one for each additional player and is upto you on how you play each of the rounds and is best if you communicate with your different team members in safeguard to stay alive longer.

To obtain weapons as well as perks you will need crates to be dropped, you cannot loot any weapons from your enemy.
You have 20 seconds to grab as many killstreaks bonuses and to load on to from all the crates.
