Bungie plans to release future Destiny content more consistently, this is something that the community has been asking for a game in which brings many to participate in groups and meet up at the tower to meet with other guardians that share the same passion. Since the game was released on September 2014, bungie has only been able to release 3 large expansions and several events such Iron Banner, Sparrow Racing, Trials of Osiris, but this only will last for a moment until it resets and you are able to take part of it.
“We’re trying to get better at what we do,” Rise of Iron creative director Chris Barretttold Eurogamer, “build tools to make content quicker and focus on what the best and most impactful experiences are for players. We’re also learning as we go. I think we’re getting better at building Destiny, releasing content quicker.”
More Destiny content is the key to keeping the community happy and at the same time interested in the game as there will be something new to look forward to. After The Taken King Expansion, grinding in Destiny has become challenging and at times boring if there is nothing new to look forward to.
“We’re going to give players as much as we can,” Barrett said. “Ultimately we’ll see how the community reacts. We had a big playtest at the studio last week and the feedback was very positive, everybody liked the new content. Our teams are very passionate – they had a lot of suggestions too.”
I am personally looking forward to more consistent content for Destiny from Bungie. How consistent do you want to see content from Destiny?
