Steps to unlocking Nightmares Mode for Black Ops 3.
1. Complete 3rd mission
2. Unlock safe house
3. access computer Data Vault
4. Go to the top left corner and hold X to access data vault
5. Head over the the emblem press up on the d-pad the press R1 R2 L1 L2 and Square and Triangle Button for PS4 and X and Y for Xbox One (all 6 at one time)
6. Type in the Text Pad that appears “DREAMLAND” hit ok
7. Exit out to the menu and the nightmare mode will be unlocked
