Advanced Warfare does not work with Share Play
When Sony announced Share Play with the players, the Japanese company said that all titles would support this functionality. Well it has needed only one week to see the first game that can not be used with Share Play: Call of Duty Advanced Warfare .
With Gamespot has been known that none of gameplay footage can be used by the application. Similarly, is also not available multiplayer so that the game in its entirety, is inaccessible from Share Play.
Now, Sony’s fault? Well, apparently not, as the Japanese company has confirmed, according to the information provided, that publishers can disable Share Play on an entirely voluntary . Therefore, in this particular case was that Activision wanted to dispose of the Share Play functionality of its last major production.
A few days ago we confirmed that Share Play is restricted in certain countries , especially in Germany, where it is restricted by age and unique accounts of the German nation.
Likewise, Share Play may not be used if the running game is not available in the country where the participant lives (because it is not marketed or is not out yet). Also, if enabled Parental Control and detects that the title is not adequate, or if the age of the visitors’ does not reach the age recomendad the game , Share Play nor allow sharing.
Share Play is the PlayStation 4 new functionality, which is included in the 2.0 firmware . This característca, which leverages cloud streaming in the future we will see in PlayStation Now, gives the player the ability to “give” to sign to a friend without having to be present.
Hopefully Activision release a patch-in a nearby future to enable this new functionality.
