There are 16 goddess cubes in the legend of zelda: Skyward sword, below you can find all the locations listed or you can see the video guide which will give you the visual of where to locate all of them. Once you locate them you will need to do a skyward strike on the cbes which will then unlock the treasure. Description: Once you reach the Deep Woods and after you've crossed the tight ropes, you'll come across Gorko the Goron. This is the first Goddess Cube that you find, so Gorko will give you a rundown of how they work.

Description: Located right at the start of the Eldin Volcano Region. Just walk forward a bit and take the first left and drop down to the lower ledge to find the Goddess Cube.

Location: Eldin Volcano

Description: After passing the Mogma who teaches you how to use Bomb Flowers, run ahead to the new area, passed the Bird Statue. The pathway split three ways. You can drop off the ledge to the left, turn to right, or run straight ahead. Run straight ahead and you'll find a Goddess Statue waiting for you here.

Location: Eldin Volcano: Earth Temple Entrance
Requirements: None
Description: Just to the right of the entrance to the Earth Temple, there are a series of bokoblins and small huts. There is a pathway heading downward in this area and it will lead you to the Goddess Cube.
Goddess Treasure Location: Skyloft within a Storage Shed
Goddess Treasure Reward: Random Treasure
Description: While this is the 6th Goddess Cube you can activate, you'll need to wait until you get the Water Dragon's Scale in order to reach the Goddess Treasure. Jump into the main river of Skyloft and you'll find an underwater passageway along the east end of the river. Follow this underwater pathway and you'll reach the small pond beyond the storage shed, with the trasure chest located nearby.
Goddess Cube 7
Location: Eldin Volcano
Requirements: None
Description: Make your way through the Eldin Volcano region until your each the very hot area where you cannot progress without taking damage. Take a right once you enter this area and you'll reach the massive sand slide. Ride it downward
Goddess Treasure Location: Northeast of Skyloft
Goddess Treasure Reward: Treasure Medal
Description: Fall down to the main part of this small island and then use the vines to work your way around. The treasure chest is found just beyond the Iron Bars.
Goddess Cube 8
Location: Eldin Volcano: Earth Temple Entrance
Requirements: Digging Mitts
Description: Just to the left of the entrance to the Earth Temple you'll find the Goddess Cube on one of the higher ledges. There a bunch of nearby soft soil spots, one of which creates an air geyser, sending you up to the Goddess Cube.

Goddess Cube 9
Location: Eldin Volcano
Requirements: None
Description: Once you drain the laba from a small portion of the Eldin Volcano after rolling a bomb across a bridge, you'll gain access to the interior of one of the small volcanos in the area. As soon as you drop down the hole, you can angle the way you fall by moving the Wiimote. It's a bit hard to control and you'll probably miss all the small landing spots your first time through. However, on the right side youl'l find a Goddess Cube. Repeat this area a few times until you fall onto the area with the Cube.

Description: Drop down to the lower area of this island and use a bomb near one of the breakable boulders.
Goddess Cube 10
Location: Laynayru Mine
Requirements: None
Description: Once you arrive at the Lanayru Mine for the first time, you can run around the area and at the southwest part of the map, you'll find a Goddess Cube at the base of the area.
Goddess Treasure Location: Near the entrance to Lanayru Desert.
Goddess Treasure Reward: Heart Medal
Description: This island has an inner and outer portion to it, and this particular treasure chest is located on the outside.
Goddess Cube 11
Location: Lanayru Desert
Requirements: Hook Beetle
Description: The Goddess Cube is located at the southwest portion of the Lanayru Desert, near the sandy region. You'll have to use the hook beetle to grab a bomb and drop it on the nearby ampilus. Then, run on over and stand on the shell. Wait until your stamina meter is full and then run on over to the Goddess Cube.

Goddess Cube 12
Location: Temple of Time
Requirements: None
Description: At the northwest part of the Temple of Time, there is a mine cart that you can activate using a timeshift stone. Activate it and ride it across the gap. Deliver a Skyward Strike to a Goddess Cube while on the mine cart.
Goddess Treasure Location: Isle of Songs along the outside perimeter.
Goddess Treasure Reward: Gold Rupee (300 Rupees)
Goddess Cube 13
Location: Faron Woods
Requirements: Water Dragon Scale
Goddess Treasure Location: Skyloft
Goddess Treasure Reward: Silver Rupee (100 Rupees)
Description: Just south of the Knight Academy there is a small island that is just off the main island of Skyloft. There is a nearby diving platform and if you stay along the edge, you'll be able to jump down to this floating island. The treasure chest is found in plain site.
Goddess Cube 14
Location: Faron Woods
Requirements: Water Dragon Scale
Description: Once you have the Water Dragon Scale climb to the top portion of the Great Tree. Once you are back outside, carefully drop down to the area below at the west end of the Great Tree and this leads to the Goddess Cube.

Description: This island has an inner and outer portion to it, and this particular treasure chest is located on the inner part of the island.

Goddess Treasure Location: Thunderhead, just northeast of the Isle of Songs
Goddess Treasure Reward: Rupee Medal
Description: Land on the main island and you'll find a soft soil spot that you can dig up with your Digging Mitts. Ride the air geyser to get a regular treasure chest here. Nearby you'll find some vines with walltulas on them. Defeat them and then climb on up to get the Goddess Treasure.
