Andrew Wilson, CEO of Electronic Arts, revealed during the presentation of the most recent financial results of the company, that the studio Respawn Entertainment is planning downloadable content for Titanfall, which is planned to evolve according to the user base.
For now, the digital strategy that will exist for the highly anticipated multiplayer shooter is unknown, however, the executive mentioned that the game could have a sort of premium service, such as that found in the recent Battlefield games, which offers players prior to expansions and additional content access, giving them a competitive advantage over others.
Titanfall will launch on Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC on March 11, but will have a Beta phase confirmed between February 14 and 19. For now, it is unknown how fans will each receive such evidence.
