The head of Xbox Phil Spencer, said in one of the live shows from E3 2016 that Project Scorpio is 4.5 more powerful than Xbox One. The manager explained that the 6 teraflops integrated into your system will impact how they do and how games are played.
Spencer also explained that some existing Xbox One, on all those who use dynamic range, better run in Project Scorpio. As we reported, all Xbox One games will be compatible with the new console, although there are also possibilities that is unique to Scorpio .
The manager revealed that for some time considered launching a more powerful Xbox One this year, but Microsoft abandoned the idea to set a goal that the system successfully reached 6 teraflops.
At the moment we only know that Scorpio will arrive in the holiday season of 2017, but an approximate price for this console has not been confirmed.
