Nintendo 3DS Sales are up more than 52% with great hits on some titles.
Nintendo issued a press release in which it announced that, during the first four months of the year, it sold more than 2.1 million units of titles for nintendo 3DS, which represented an increase of 52% over the same period in last year. The figure indicates a faster rate in sales of Nintendo: in 2012 were necessary to reach 30 weeks, while in 2013 it took only 18.
One of those responsible is launching LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins, which helped to preserve the supremacy Nintendo in portable: it sold almost 94,000 copies. The other was Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon, which reached 140,000 copies in April, a figure that, to date, has increased to 530,000 units.
The Nintendo promises stronger line with our upcoming Wii U. Titles like Game & Wario, which goes on the June 23 date, and Pikmin 3 for the August 4, will join for future announcements of E3 Mario Kart, Super Mario Bros., The Legend of Zelda and Super Smash Bros .
