Halo Combat Evolved for PC will not be affected by GameSpy
Good news for fans of multiplayer heading of Halo: Combat Evolved for PC: it will survive the imminent closure of GameSpy on May 31. And, remember, the disappearance of this company threatens the existence of hundreds of games to host their online components within their servers.
The new provider's first adventure Master Chief for computers is GameRanger, so fans can still hold title games online shooter Microsoft logo indefinitely. Note that this includes not only Combat Evolved , but also to their demo and Halo: Custom Edition .
Other games that will be safe from extinction GameSpy include the series Battlefield DICE, some supplies of Rockstar Games, like Grand Theft Auto IV , Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption and Borderlands (PlayStation 3 least) 2K . Meanwhile, Activision says that all his titles also survive.
Many of the titles from Electronic Arts, Ubisoft, Capcom, Games and Bohemia Volition also work with GameSpy services; however, all these developers still remain tight-lipped about the situation.
