Fable Designer leaves Lionhead Studios
Ted Timmins, chief designer of the series Fable , announced on Twitter his departure from Lionhead Studios after a decade of work.
“I decided to leave Lionhead,” Timmins said. “This was a very difficult decision, and I spent an amazing time here. Lionhead was an integral part of my life, because I spent more than a third of it. That’s why I think it is a good time for a change. ”
“Thanks to everyone at Lionhead, the fans, to Xbox, to journalists and especially to Peter Molyneux to establish a company that gave a chance to a 18 year old with no talent,” concluded Timmins.
The developer was part of the team responsible for creating most of the titles of Fable and it was during this period that got the position of chief designer. The news of his departure is surprising, since it won the franchise manager position after the release of Fable Anniversary .
