This is the Mass Effect 3 Review for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC consoles.
Mass Effect 3 starts with Commander Shepard who is about to stand in a trial due to the destruction of a relay that took out a near by system in the last DLC "Arrival" from Mass Effect 2. We soon realize that earth is being under attacked by giant robots who begin destroying earth. At this moment earth is not prepared for battle and soon we see Shepard who is force to leave earth and set out to get help from all the alien races around the galaxy.
To defend earth is an impossible task so shepard is able to gather the help that he needs to fight off the Reaper. The story of the game is more intriguing and more hearth felt as this is the 3rd installment and now is finalizing the saga. You will get to fight with friends that you have seen before in the past titles and throughout the galaxy.
You now have an improved reputation mode in which you can play both Paragon and Renegade style without being penalize. In Mass Effect 2 if you try to mix both styles your rank was going to drop, but now since you are playing as Shepard to humanity you are the last hope for them. You will need to upgrade your reputation to have a high rank around the galaxy and have a better chance to take back earth.

To cater to more gamers, BioWare has added 3 new modes to keep you busy and to appeal to more gamers. The 3 modes are:
Action – This is to me more like GOW style of gameplay where you will be fighting the enemy at a faster pace than RPG. As you don't get fatigue anymore you are able to go through the action swiftly.
RPG – The RPG mode you will be able to level up and have interactions with other characters and complete the main and side quests.
Story – is a mix of both Action and RPG modes.
So whichever is your style of play you will have many hours of fun gameplay. Also don't forget to check out our Mass Effect 3 Walkthrough for additinal help.
The weapons system gives you a vast choice of weapons to choose from. You can pick up any weapons that you find along your journey or you can purchase them as well. You can level up any weapons that you carry along that you can toggle between weapons and take upgrades from one weapon and pass it to another one.
The graphics and sounds of the game are amazing, from lip syncing to background music and the details on the sound of weapons firing are to admire. The graphics of the game are a slight improvement from Mass Effect 2 but with all the scenarists that you are able to watch along with the acting of the avatars.
Here are some Pros and Cons about Mass Effect 3:
Pros: The three game modes, reputation, no fatigue, main quest, weapons system and customization of character.
Cons: Graphics are just an improvement but nothing out of this world.
While playing the game and seeing all the has it will be one of the contenders for being the best video game for 2012.
Mass Effect 3 is a more polished game that gives all different types of gamers options on how to play the game. With the 3 game modes, online mode, hijacking atlas, weapons system, import of customization make a rewarding and satisfying game to play.
