After Stay Puft chases you into the office building, you will arrive on the upper floor after an elevator cut-scene. Once you have control of Hoss, proceed to destroy every breakable piece of property in the architecture office. You will get the trophy or achievement once you've destroyed the last breakable item. Don't worry about Alyssa Milano. She can take care of herself.

After Zeddemore kicks in the laundromat, this item is in the back of the laundromat. Check the boiler room for the PKE spike.

After blowing up the fuel tanker with the boson dart, the Ecto-1B goes through an alley with a white motor truck. Check near the white truck for this awesome wine bottle. Infinite alcohol is what anyone who works at IGN needs.

Immediately after you encounter the wine bottle artifact, there is another side alley going down to a deadend. The establishment's entrance (Otto's Bar) has this mischievous item.

Grab the big red telephone on the front desk in the midst of the marshmallow mini attack, otherwise the game will automatically send you ahead to the next floor (you need to replay this checkpoint to get the artifact).

Extra Task: Kids Love Us!
At the Juvenile Reading Room, use your PKE meter to follow the panda toy the ghosts are manipulating. When you follow it to the panda's final resting spot, you should earn your trophy or achievement.

After battling the book golem, look into the small rooms at the check out counter. One of them should spike the PKE meter with the blue, the other with the red or green (the room where you'll meet Spengler and Stanz). The check out room with the blue spike has this portrait.

Around the time Zeedemore radios that he's found something in the archives about the librarian and the mysterious Collector, you will come across the first two microfiche machines in the library. For those of you who rely on RSS feeds, Google, and Kindle for reading now, microfiche and microfilm are machines that allowed a large amount of printed information to be stored in a smaller (still physical) format. The artifact is between these two machines.

Past the Juvenile's Reading Area, there are stairs leading down to a small reading foyer before Special Collections. In the reading foyer, open the door that's blocked by a chair propped against the doorknob for this sexy (but cursed) artifact.

After destroying the two book golems in the ghostworld version of the library, locate the first portal room where Spengler and Stanz vanished from. At the top of the stairs, take the portal to the left. You will arrive at a dead end with some stacked books and this artifact.

Towards the end of the level, Spengler will radio the exit's description to you as being a, "portal at the top of some long stairs." Before you reach these stairs, there will be an upside down library reading room. Check the upside down room for this item.
