This quest is sometimes called The Cursed Skull. It is only available after the Snowglobe quest.

To start this quest, buy the Cursed Skull from Murgo. Open your inventory (it's under miscellaneous) and use it. You will be transported to the ruins of cemetery. When you appear, look to your right and you'll find the Murgo "Sycophantic" Model.

Move forward to and speak to the Cursed Knight. He will ask you to bring the wisps to him. Head through the doorway, and to your right you'll find the hollow man costume inside a coffin. Open your inventory, look under "clothing" and "outfits" to put it on.

The gate ahead can only be opened by mimicking the statue next to it. Use the "Bloodlust" scary emote to open the gate. You must be wearing the hollow man outfit. The next area has two gates but one is locked (it requires the balvorine costume, you'll come back to it). Keep going down the path. You'll find a tomb that also requires the balvorine costume. Break through the bushes with your melee weapon and keep going.

You'll have to take out a single balverene. Past him, off the path before the water, are some bushes you can cut through. This leads to an area with the Mugro "Slanderous" Model. There is another gate here, but it requires the hobbe costume. Head back and enter the swamp. On one end of the pond are more bushes you can break. Here you'll find the Murgo "Tickled Pink" Model. On the shore of the pond is a dig spot where you will find a Discipline augment.

When you approach the gate you'll be attacked by a Poison Balverine. He is a mini-boss and difficult to defeat. Once you defeat him, you'll have to defeat several more balverines. When you've gotten them all, the gate will open and on the other side you'll find the balverine Suit.

Put on the balverine suit and head back to the tomb. Use the "Growl" emote to open the door. Put on your hollow man costume back on and enter the tomb. The wisps will now follow you. Head back up to the Knight. He will ask you to bring him more.

Back track to the gate with the balverine statue near the tomb. Use the Growl emote to open it. Head down the path and you'll have to deal with a few hobbes. In front of the cave is a dig spot with orange dye (this dye is not part of the Colourist achievement).

Enter the mysterious cave. First, you'll have to break down some boards. On the other side of the boards are some hobbes you must kill. Head up the ramp and open the chest. You'll get the hobbe suit. When facing the chest, turn right, then jump down. Go along the ledge and jump down again. Here you'll find the Murgo "Optimistic" Model. You will also find the Night Blue Dye in this room.

Put on the Hobbe Suit, and walk over to the statue. A ghost hobbe will appear. Lead him over to the cracked rock and he will destroy it.

This will take you to a room filled with machinery. As soon as you jump down you'll be attacked by a group of Hobbes. The river here is poison and will hurt you if you touch it. There are two hobbe statues here. One is wearing a top hat, the other a backpack. Go to the one with the backpack and lead it to the rock nearby. It will destroy the rock and reveal a statue of a hobbe on stilts. Walk up to this one, then walk to the river. It will cross the river and activate the switch that will allow you to cross. Go to the tomb. Next to the tomb is a powder keg. Shoot it and you can cross the river again, and get the Murgo "Mad Trader" Model. Head back to the tomb and use the Point and Laugh emote (be sure to have the hobbe outfit on). Put on your hollow man outfit and enter the tomb. This will cause the wisps to follow you.

Use the exit here, which will take you back to the Cursed Knight. As you might imagine, you'll be attacked. Fight the Knight and his minions. Defeat him and you'll get 750 renown.

Return to Murgo and you'll get a Spire Statue. You can only get this item if you have completed the main Fable 2 story. Using it will transport you to the Tattered Spire. Here you'll see a vision of the future, a vision of a king and his child. These events are probably a foreshadowing of Fable 3. When you return you'll get the Royal outfit.
